It must be said that, before I saw that postcard, I had never been curious about the origin of olive oil.

When do I book my guided tour?

How do I make a reservation?

After receiving the response, you will receive the best options for you and your family. Once you give your approval by email, we will proceed to confirm the visit by taking a deposit. The rest is paid at the destination.

Tickets for the Royal Chapel can be purchased directly at the chapel entrance on the day of the tour. The ticket price is 7€ per person. Admission is free for children under 12 accompanied by an adult.

Can you pick us up at our accommodation?
Pick-up service from your accommodation is only included in some of our experiences. If you are going on a private tour and would like to be picked up directly from the hotel or apartment where you are staying, there will be an additional cost. Please remember to indicate this during the booking process.

As you may have noticed, we do not offer free tours. We are committed to providing you with an exclusive, high-quality service through private tours. As a licensed and highly qualified local guide, I will accompany you and show you the most outstanding and authentic aspects of Granada at your own pace.
Is the deposit payment secure?
The deposit payment is secure; we do it by credit card.
In what currency do I have to pay for my reservations?
The charge will be made in Euros.
Is it necessary to print the appointment confirmation?
It is not necessary to print the visit confirmation. Ideally, it should be kept in digital format to help protect the environment.
Can I cancel my tour reservation?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance, although the deposit will not be refunded as it is considered a cancellation fee.
If I book several tours, will I get a discount?
Yes! The Combined Guided Tour discount is applied to the total amount when booking two or more guided tours or experiences in a combined way.
How much is the discount?
The discount is not a fixed percentage. It can vary according to the chosen dates or current promotions.
Is there a minimum number of people required to conduct a private tour?
There is no minimum number of people.
