When do I book my guided tour?
Booking in advance is a safe bet, especially when traveling from outside Spain. It allows me to help you make important logistical decisions and ensures that you can reserve the experience, as all of them are private, which limits availability.
How do I make a reservation?
It is easy and personalized. First, we need you to fill out the information request form as detailed as possible, you will receive an e-mail thanking you for your interest and completing some additional information in order to prepare your customized quotation.
After receiving the response, you will receive the best options for you and your family. Once you give your approval via email, we will proceed to confirm the experience with a deposit. The rest will be paid directly to the provider.
What is the meeting point of the experience?
The meeting point will depend on each customer's accommodation, as our experiences are personalized. You will receive information on how to get to the location where the culinary experience will take place in your experience confirmation.
Is the deposit payment secure?
The deposit payment is secure; we process it through PayPal.
In what currency do I have to pay for my reservations?
The charge will be made in Euros.

It is not necessary to print the confirmation of the experience. Ideally, it should be kept in digital format to help protect the environment.
Can I cancel my tour reservation?
As this is a private experience, there is no possibility of a refund for cancellations.
