Can you pick us up at our accommodation?
Pick-up service from your accommodation is only included in some of our experiences. If you are going on a private tour and would like to be picked up directly from the hotel or apartment where you are staying, there will be an additional cost. Please remember to indicate this during the booking process.

As you may have noticed, we do not offer free tours. We are committed to providing you with an exclusive, high-quality service through private tours. Is the deposit payment secure?
The deposit payment is secure; we do it by credit card.
In what currency do I have to pay for my reservations?
The charge will be made in Euros.
Is it necessary to print the appointment confirmation?
It is not necessary to print the visit confirmation. Ideally, it should be kept in digital format to help protect the environment.
Can I cancel my tour reservation?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance, although the deposit will not be refunded as it is considered a cancellation fee.

Yes! The Combined Guided Tour discount is applied to the total amount when booking two or more guided tours or experiences in a combined way.

The discount is not a fixed percentage. It can vary according to the chosen dates or current promotions.
